o   To secure the booking for your wedding day a non refundable deposit of £50 is required, this will be deducted from the outstanding amount of your booking. 

o   The balance is to be paid to Lucy Twigger in full by cash or BACS no later than 2 weeks before the wedding date. An invoice will be emailed to you before.

o   The trial fee plus travel is to be paid on the date of the trial. 

o   Late payment or non payment may result in the booking being cancelled. 

o   Any changes to the booking is under the discretion of Lucy Twigger. 

o   There is no travel charge for the first 10 miles, after this mileage is charged at 45p per mile. Congestion and parking fees also apply.

o   In the rare event that Lucy Twigger is unable to meet the commitments of the booking for the wedding day you'll be refunded the amount of the deposit and trial or another Makeup artist will fulfill the commitment.

o   If you wish to cancel the booking this must be done no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date. If a booking is cancelled within the 30 days prior to the wedding date a 50% charge of the entire booking will be incurred.

o   Please note the deposit is non refundable.
